... nowadays but disconnected once in a blue moon...

This happened to me once since 2007... ;) So not a big case.  Speed is also fair to other continents tested via speedtest.net via wired or wireless computers on my network (2 wired desktops and 2 wireless lappies).  So far this is the most reliable ISP... Hope so.
